However, due to the complexities of international shipping, we do not support returns or exchanges for different sizes once the product has been shipped. Order Modification If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request a size change or other modifications. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a partial refund of approximately 60% - 70% of your initial payment. We are unable to provide a full refund as we must cover shipping costs and other operational expenses incurred in processing your order. Separate by Color: Wash separately or only with similar colors to prevent dye transfer.

Dark items might release some dye during the first wash – this is normal. You can add salt water during washing to help set the color.

Turn garments inside out before washing. Avoid detergents with bleach, especially those labeled “Bright White” or “Blue Moon.”

Do not pour detergent directly onto clothes—dilute it in water first to prevent localized discoloration

Avoid prolonged soaking, which can cause shrinkage or fabric damage.

Always use a laundry bag when machine washing.

First Wash Color Fixing: Soak in a 1:20 solution of white vinegar and water for 20 minutes before the first wash.
